Casino Marketing Strategy Manager
The Casino Marketing Strategy Manager is responsible for delivering casino active customer and revenue goals by understanding the base, customer motivation, needs and insights to create a comprehensive marketing strategy across brand product portfolio in a market to maximize the casino share. The role holder will act as the voice of customer to drive the product roadmap in order to improve customer satisfaction and customer experience for our casino customers.
The Casino Marketing Strategy Manager is expected to deliver retention, reactivation, net revenue, engagement and mobile penetration. The role holder will be responsible for the delivery of the casino marketing strategy to maximise the revenue potential by acquiring, retaining and growing the customer base for casino and boost customer ARPU and loyalty to the product offering across all brands.
The Strategy Manager will also be responsible to forecast the margins and the bonus budget and to develop promotional strategy to optimally deploy this budget towards the achievement of active customer and revenue goals.
The role holder will work very closely with the Product team, Central Brand Marketing, Country Brand, Customer Rewards, Marketing Programmes and Country Marketing teams to deliver industry leading casino experience and realise the revenue potential from this product vertical.
