Manage and grow relationships with our internal clients by adding relevant strategic value ensuring best in class creative briefs and the effective and efficient delivery against them

 

Job Description

 

  • Writing and approving creative briefs
  • The day-to-day management of clients' marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Work with the Brand Creative Team, to ensure all work is developed on-brief, on brand, on budget and on time to our Clients
  • Work with Marketing Intelligence team, Brand Management & Brand Creative Service Planner to gather key insight for Type 1 Creative Strategic briefs and general market knowledge
  • Forward plan/forecast with key Clients
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing Clients so we can be proactive with creative and ideas
  • Responsible for management of your portfolio of Clients; understanding their needs and identifying new opportunities we can proactively support them in finding solutions to
  • Clearly communicate the progress of your projects to Clients, Creative Services Team and any external Production Partners
  • Responsible for negotiating and getting approval of Production costs, with all relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for generating production schedules for in-house and external Production Partners, as well as arranging and chairing Production meetings
  • Maintain awareness and control of situations which may lead to risk for your projects and manage accordingly
  • Ensuring the completion of projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Reviewing creative work produced against your client briefs and giving relevant feedback to ensure best outcomes
  • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen Client trust
  • Manage senior management expectations regarding Client or project challenges
  • Understand and manage project priorities from Clients and resolve any resource clashes
  • Generating accurate reports and status notifications
  • Creative resource management when required
  • Managing the workflow schedule when required

 

Skills and Experience Required

 

  • Experience in professional client relationship management
  • A solid background in advertising, design or marketing
  • The ability to plan and strategise
  • A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Effective project management capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
  • Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms and TV
  • The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time and workload
  • Excellent motivation and negotiation skills
  • A passion for identifying opportunities to be proactive with creative ideas
  • Stakeholder management
