Creative Designer

 

 

Reports to: Design Lead

 

 About the role

 

As a Creative Designer you will be helping to producing visually engaging, innovative and functional mobile and web visuals across our growing portfolio of brands in the online casino and sportsbook sector.

 

Using your incredible Photoshop manipulation skills, eye for detail and original ideas you will be designing stunning on-brand concepts for campaigns and promotions that will be seen across the globe

 

You'll be working within a motivated team to deliver great work, often to tight deadlines.

 

Skills and experience required:

 

  • Strong and proven portfolio that demonstrates best-practice design
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and vocal
  • Significant agency experience
  • Confident at visually articulating creative ideas
  • High level of photo manipulation and retouching skills
  • Advanced level of illustration skills
  • Creative thinking and attentional to detail/crafting
  • Able to receive and implement constructive feedback
  • Eager to learn, evolve and push new and creative ideas that raise expectations
  • A pro-active, ‘can-do' attitude with the ability to take the initiative
  • Works well under pressure
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

 

What will you be doing?

 

  • Working with the team to produce effective ideas for promotions and campaigns
  • Producing visually engaging, on-brand visuals for a wide range of assets including, but not limited to, emails, banners, onsite promotion pages, page take-overs, landing pages and digital assets for social media
  • Working collaboratively with senior designers, the design lead and account managers to ensure consistent quality
  • Managing daily tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Taking feedback and implementing appropriate amends

 

How will success be measured in this role

 

  • You will demonstrate the ability to consistently create visually engaging, on-brand
  • ideas or where necessary refine or visualise other people's ideas
  • You will demonstrate an excellent understanding of composition, colours, typography and perspective
  • You will demonstrate advanced level skills in Adobe Photoshop manipulation , Illustrator and InDesign
  • You will consistently meet deadlines with relevant, on-brand, visually engaging designs
  • You will demonstrate the ability to collaborate successfully with key stakeholders and manage expectations accordingly
  • You will demonstrate that you are a real team player
