CRM Campaign Manager

What you will be doing?

 

  • Plan and lead the execution of the assigned campaigns, ensuring operational excellence in the campaign process, every time, across all markets
  • Responsible for the quality and compliance of all campaign set up
  • Help to deliver consistency between outbound communication channels and onsite assets
  • Ensure that the testing process is robust and that all campaigns are comprehensively tested before roll-out
  • Execute campaigns as per best practice applications
  • Identify any potential issues and liaise with Campaign owners amongst other teams to guarantee an excellent delivery
  • Own the execution of the assigned campaigns and liaise with stakeholders throughout the process
  • Ensure that the campaign execution and delivery is completed on a weekly basis and all the relevant stakeholders are informed of outcomes
  • Understand campaign selection requests in order to assess JIRA briefs
  • Ensure that customer service is informed of all campaigns being operationalised and investigate any campaign related issues raised.
  • Specialise in understanding our marketing tools and contribute to best practice principles
  • Support team and team members in day to day operations as required
  • Contribute and share knowledge within team and company through training sessions and meetings
  • Build and sustain good working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Complete ad-hoc manual tasks as required

 

 How will success be measured in this role? 

 

  • Regular performance reviews with your line manager
  • OKR's and Team KPI's such as Revenue Gross Win, Net Retention Rate, Active Customers, New Depositing Players and Bonus Spend.
  • Acting in line with Kindred Group values
  • Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth

 

What will you need? 

 

  • Great organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good understanding of implementing, driving and managing complex multi-channel and onsite campaigns.
  • Good understanding of the marketing technologies and a keen interest in the emergent technologies
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate
  • Understanding of Kindred Group's brands and product portfolio
  • Educated to degree level, marketing qualification would be preferred
  • Experience within the online gaming sector and strong interest in its product offering is desirable
  • Strong communication skill, with an ability to communicate with the senior leadership team
