Our largest brand, Unibet, has recently launched in New Jersey and as such, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to support work as part of our newly formed Customer Services function in Cherry Hill, NJ.

The Player Safety Department is responsible for monitoring, detecting and acting on any suspicious behavior that may occur in the Group Platform (responsible gambling, fraud, anti-money laundering, integrity of operations etc.).
The key focus of the role is to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced call center environment, handle customer inquiries and complaints through to resolution, and operate in a team environment with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.
