Data Analyst (Biddable Media)

The role


The Data Analyst (Biddable Media) will provide marketing teams relevant digital marketing and customer insights to be able to maximize return on our marketing investments. The team presently has 3 Data Analysts and 1 Data Engineer and we are looking to grow the team. As a Data Analyst (Biddable Media) we look for someone who has good storytelling skills, a strong attention to detail and is a good team player.


What you will do


  • Monitor daily performance, identify trends and report on them
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Provide strategic direction on advertising campaigns and drive new marketing measurement initiatives.
  • Provide ROI analysis of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Learn and perform advanced analyses to identify KPI's and drivers of customer behavior
  • Working closely with the biddable/programmatic team to identify and explore opportunities to improve marketing efficiency.


How you will be measured


  • End user adoption of the analytics reports, and products built.
  • Feedback from stakeholders on the impact of deliveries.
  • Acting in line with Kindred Group values
  • Successful completion of all relevant training and other compliance activities that support Kindred's sustainable and responsible growth


Your experience


  • Strong understanding of cost metrics for SEM, Online Display, Affiliate and Social Channels
  • Previous experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of Analytics and Strategy
  • Hands on experience with web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and analytics backends of platforms such as Google Adwords, AppNexus, Doubleclick, Adform and suchlike.
  • Experience of actively using data visualization / BI tools (eg., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of R, Python or a high-level scripting language.  
  • The ability to analyze data, present reports and create marketing dashboards
  • Strong communication skills
