Key Accounts Affiliate Manager

 

The role

 

As a Key Accounts Affiliate manager, your role within Kindred Group is critical to the success of the Affiliate Program. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of high performing affiliate accounts, driving them to reach and exceed agreed KPIs.

 

You will identify and address any issues with these accounts and be vigilant to any and all new opportunities, working collaboratively with other members of the Affiliate Team and reporting into the Key Accounts & Global Team Lead. Doing so successfully will ensure that the Kindred Affiliates program leads the way in terms of performance, reputation and integrity within Kindred Group and the online gaming affiliate space.

 

What you will do

 

  • Manage and expand the existing group of Key Accounts for all Kindred Group brands
  • Regularly review affiliate acquisition from these accounts to ensure they are on track against agreed KPIs. Where they are not, you will take corrective action to address this
  • Help create, plan and execute affiliate marketing acquisition, retention and reactivation campaigns for your Key Accounts
  • Monitor and analyse results of these campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reporting with the Affiliate Team and other members of Kindred Group as required
  • Oversee the monthly payment process for your Key Accounts, providing feedback on poorly performing accounts and agreeing corrective actions where necessary with the Key Accounts & Global Team Lead
  • Help shape the affiliate budget for the countries and regions supported by player acquisition from Key Accounts, with input from the local Country team, other affiliate team members and the Key Accounts & Global Team Lead
  • Closely monitor the marketing spend of your Key Account affiliate portfolio, in line with agreed targets
  • Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all Key Account activity to the Affiliate Team and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects that improve existing processes and help drive innovation within the affiliate program
  • Collaborate with all Affiliate Team members to ensure local best practice approaches are implemented globally
  • Work on projects that may impact other areas of the business as agreed and directed by the Key Accounts & Global Team Lead
  • Work closely with the following roles and teams:
  • Marketing Communications Manager to create email and social media communication plans that engage and delight our Key Account affiliate partners
  • Local Country teams to ensure all members are kept up to date with affiliate activities and that you are fully aware of what other acquisition and retention activity is happening in your region
  • Marketing Intelligence to optimise affiliate marketing performance and investment
  • Product Marketing teams to spread the word about our latest and greatest product features
  • Any other Kindred Group teams as and when required by the nature of your role
  • Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business
  • Perform market and competitor program research as required
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently

 

Your experience

 

  • Outstanding knowledge of performance based and/or affiliate marketing
  • Significant Online Marketing experience, ideally from a customer-focused, high-transaction volume company
  • Very highly organised, self-sufficient and self-motivated
  • A natural leader, able to inspire and empower team members
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentational);
  • Extremely numerate with a superb understanding of cost control
  • Great sales, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • A detailed understanding of the online gaming industry would be beneficial
  • Native level English-language skills
  • College/University degree is preferable
  • Gaming industry experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
  • Ability to travel
