Marketing Coordinator (GAS)



The role

As Marketing Coordinator for our German, Austrian and Swiss (GAS) market, you will support the GAS Marketing team to manage campaigns flows through all channels and at scale.
Based in Vienna, you will work closely with the General Manager, CRM Manager and Marketing Manager GAS to deliver a significant scaling of campaigns across all outbound channels/ onsite. In this role you act as coordinator for the General Manager both within the GAS team and the international commercial department.
Working exclusively with Kindred Group's largest brand, Unibet, you will manage the team's workflow, ensuring that the deliverables are understood and ensuring that quality and timelines are met. You will identify workflow opportunities created by marketing automation and will be a key point of contact for Commercial marketing, Finance and Product marketing to realize this value for the business.
This role would suit a native level German speaker who has ambitions to grow and develop as a marketing professional. You will have ideally worked in a similar role previously and be interested in stepping into a marketing team role in either sports or gaming.
The marketing coordinator is expected to provide the leadership and experience necessary to build robust processes to underpin consistent delivery and scaling of campaigns.


What you will do


  • Manage the marketing calendar of campaigns and content delivery to ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage the general office, including the creation and editing of presentations, reports, documentations and coordination, planning, follow-up of meetings and assist the General Manager GAS
  • Manage contracts with suppliers/media partners/agencies and coordinate with the finance department
  • Work with strategy, delivery and brand marketing teams to support implementation process of marketing campaigns
  • Review campaign briefs and identify potential issues, contacting respective teams and resolving problems at hand
  • Act as coordinator between the team and suppliers, both internal and external, like agencies, media partners and suppliers
  • Manage error-free planning of the campaign calendar by developing, implementing monitoring and analysing processes
  • Drive automation of the existing campaigns
  • Take over responsibilities for smaller projects within the scope of the department


Your experience


  • Native level German speaker
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Strategic marketing thinker with a proven ability to innovate, implement and optimise
  • Great organisation, planning and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Reporting and analytical skills required
  • Previous experience in marketing role with a proven track record of being able to implement a campaign based on an understanding of the customer needs and local habits
  • Proactivity and ability to collaborate
  • Good understanding of implementing, driving and managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Interest in sports will be considered an advantage
