Description of role:
The role sits within the Relationship marketing department of Unibet being a customer facing role, knowledge of Unibet’s core values and marketing strategy is required for the position. The successful candidate has very strong interpersonal skills and is able to freely and confidently communicate with important customers of the company. In addition, a key responsibility for the role is the ability to make prompt decisions on how to reward / handle customers, in line with the main marketing KPIs of the department. A major part of the job is the ability to collect and organize customer feedback and translate it into actionable plans to drive innovation and change in the marketing and product practices of Unibet. The role works closely with the Customer Service, Customer Base Management and managers for the respective markets, as well as the in-country marketing team.
