Software Engineer Java CMS

The role

 

As a developer in the CMS team you will be responsible for developing and improving the Kindred web and mobile sites, driving delivery all the way from idea to production. In your role you are creative, enjoy responsibility and thrive in a fast paced environment where technology and continuous delivery is key. What you will do

 

You will participate in design discussions with your colleagues to find great solutions to complex engineering challenges while developing new features on our CMS (Content Management System).

 

We strongly believe in the “You Design it, You Build It, You Test It, You Run It, You Tweak It” ethos and everyone is expected to take part of the full system life cycle to ensure reliability and up-time of the production environment.

 

Your experience

 

  • You consider Java development your main skill
  • You have experience in working with large-scale multi-lingual web sites and with CMS development
  • You are used to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where continuous delivery is key
  • You are familiar with content management systems
  • You enjoy working in an agile environment and you are passionate about what you do
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as a strong interpersonal skills
